Accessibility Statement

ClearPath Law is committed to making our website and our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every person who needs help with debt deserves an equal opportunity to find it, reach us, and work with us, and that commitment includes how we build and maintain this website.

Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to read our content, navigate our pages, and contact our office with ease, regardless of the device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. It is an ongoing part of how we maintain this site and serve our clients.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We use them as our benchmark and work toward meeting them across the site.

Measures we take to support accessibility

To help make this website usable for as many people as possible, we work to include measures such as:

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, so screen readers can describe them.
  • Clear, consistent page structure and headings that support easy navigation.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background for readability.
  • Content that can be navigated and operated using a keyboard.
  • Descriptive links and labels that make sense out of context.
  • A responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices.

Ongoing improvement

Web accessibility is an evolving standard, and we treat it that way. We periodically review our website, respond to feedback from visitors, and make improvements as we identify areas that fall short of our goal. As we add new pages and content, we work to hold them to the same standard.

Third-party content

Some parts of our website may rely on content or tools provided by third parties, and we do not always control how accessible those elements are. Where third-party content does not fully meet accessibility standards, we work to identify an accessible alternative or to provide the information in another usable format on request.

Compatibility with assistive technology

We aim for our website to be compatible with current versions of widely used web browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers. Because browsers, devices, and assistive tools vary and update frequently, some combinations may work better than others. If you run into trouble with a specific setup, please let us know so we can help and so we can improve.

We want your feedback

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you have a suggestion for how we can make it better, we want to hear from you. Your feedback helps us improve for everyone. Please tell us the page or feature involved and the problem you experienced, and we will do our best to provide the information you need and to address the issue.

Requesting information in another format

If you need information from this website in an alternative format, or if you need help completing a form or contacting our office, please call or email us using the information above. We are glad to provide the content another way and to make reasonable accommodations so you can access our services.

Formal concerns

If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and feel it has not been resolved, you may wish to learn more about your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We take these matters seriously and would rather hear from you directly first, so we can work to make things right.
